    Le Siepi

    Entirely manual harvesting, followed by a short trip to the grape pressing area for immediate crushing and must cooling, settling and fermentation for approximately 20 days at 16 °C.

  • NARSETE Typical Geographical Indication Rubicone Trebbiano Sparkling

    Le Siepi

    Historic native vine dating back to the Etruscan period. Strong olfactory intensity with a good balance between acidity and salinity. Lively, but at the same time pleasantly soft on the palate.
    It pairs well with seafood starters, soups, white meat and fish. Serve at 8-10 °C.

    After Imola was pillaged by Narses fighting against the Goths, the wife and son of Martius Coraltus of Imola were killed. Narsete “moved by pity, gave Coraltus as a gift the village of Fontana and the surrounding land. Coraltus, soothed by such a beautiful gift, enclosed the Castle with walls and adorned it with a Tower.”

  • Colli d’Imola Protected Denomination of Origin Pignoletto Sparkling

    Le Siepi

    Straw yellow with greenish nuances, intensely aromatic and harmonious but lively at the same time.
    Leaves a fresh, pleasant end note.
    It pairs well with appetizers and ideally matches seafood starters, as well as delicate fish dishes, white meat, eggs and fresh cheeses.
    Serve at 8-10 °C.

  • Romagna Protected Denomination of Origin Sangiovese Superiore

    Le Siepi

    Intensely bright ruby red coloured wine.

    Opening fresh notes of mulberry, with floral notes of elderberry and violet giving way to hints of blackberry, raspberry and the sweetness of strawberry. Releases a good alcoholic heat, slightly tannic but with a satisfactory level of softness, and a peppery after-taste.

    It pairs well with fresh egg pasta dishes with meat sauces, grilled red meat and roasts; also a good wine to drink through a meal. Serve at 16-18 °C.

  • Colli d'Imola Controlled Denomination of Origin

    Le Siepi

    A blend obtained with Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon native grapes. An explosion of red fruits, blackberry, strawberry, with an interesting note of elderberry: good body, great softness and roundness.
    Slightly tannic aftertaste.
    Ideally paired with fresh egg pasta dishes with meat sauces, cold meats or unleavened breads; also an excellent wine to drink through a meal. Serve at 16-18 °C.

  • Romagna Controlled Denomination of Origin Sangiovese

    Le Siepi

    Ruby red coloured wine with purple reflections.
    The wine opening note is a fresh hint of mulberry, followed by elderberry and violet blossoms giving way to blackberry and raspberry scents, with a pleasant spicy black pepper taste. It has a good alcohol content with a satisfactory degree of softness and body.
    It pairs well with fresh egg pasta main courses with meat sauces, or cold meats and unleavened breads; it is, however, an excellent wine to drink through a meal, too.

  • Brut Sparkling Wine

    Le Siepi

    Sparkling wine obtained from Pignoletto grapes, straw yellow with greenish hints and a creamy froth. Intensely fruity, round, well-balanced, full-bodied, and at the same time, fresh and lively.
    Leaves a fresh, pleasant end note.
    An excellent aperitif wine, it ideally matches starters but can also be drunk throughout a seafood-based meal.
    Serve at 8°C.

  • Rubicone Trebbiano Typical Geographical Indication Still

    Le Siepi

    Ancient vine of native Trebbiano grapes grown in the marly hill terrains of Emilia Romagna.
    Straw yellow. Intense scent of linden and acacia flowers. A succession of peach, banana and vanilla.
    Good balance between acidity and salinity, fresh and pleasant, for real connoisseurs.
    Excellent with pasta dishes with vegetable-based sauces and fish courses. Serve at 10-12 °C.

  • Rubicone Trebbiano Typical Geographical Indication Sparkling

    Le Siepi

    Suitable for pairing with pasta dishes, white meats and fish. Good acidity-salinity balance and soft to the palate. Lively, but at the same time soft and pleasant.
